Senior Director of Operations - Tropic Falls Waterpark & Theme Park

The Senior Director of Operations – TF Waterpark & Theme Park will be responsible for the vision, direction, and overall management and administration of the Ride Operations, Ride Maintenance, Aquatics, Aquatics Maintenance, Guest Services, and Games departments. The incumbent will ensure the safety of all staff and guests while providing world-class service. Additionally, they will promote good business practices and special focus on achieving the highest possible standards of safety and service excellence. They will also collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to maximize all position related revenue streams.
