At Dogs Inc, our campus is more than a place—it’s an experience. As a Campus Care Specialist, you play a hands-on role in shaping that experience every day. Your work helps ensure that students, guests, donors, volunteers, staff—and the dogs who are part of it all—feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for.

This role goes beyond cleaning. It’s about creating an environment where people can focus, connect, and succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain cleanliness across campus buildings, dorms, bathrooms, and shared spaces
• Vacuum, mop, and care for floors and surfaces
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, vents, and high-touch areas
• Clean glass, stainless steel, and specialty areas including dog care spaces
• Launder towels, bedding, and dog-related items
• Restock supplies and communicate needs proactively
• Assist with event setup and special projects
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed
• Support light grounds cleanup when requested
• Identify and address safety concerns
• Provide a friendly, helpful presence for students, guests, volunteers, and staff

What We’re Looking For

• Detail-oriented and takes pride in a job well done
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Positive attitude with a willingness to help others
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• 1–2 years of custodial or housekeeping experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Work Environment

• Active role (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Indoor and outdoor work in varying conditions
• Frequent use of cleaning products
• Work in a dynamic environment that includes dogs and other animals
