Job Overview:
The Procurement Representative works with internal stakeholders and suppliers and serves as a partner with their team and Procurement Manager to resolve issues. This position typically reports to a Procurement Associate Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
- Works with and supports Global stakeholders on req to PO creation for indirect purchases
- Obtains data from external and/or internal sources/analyzes data for completeness and accuracy
- Manages escalations for high priority purchased goods and services
- Take appropriate and timely action to correct errors and suggest changes in processes to stop future issues from occurring
- Ensuring compliance with purchase-to-pay policies and procedures, including participation in compliance audits
- Supports a broad range of internal stakeholders across multiple divisions
- Assist with on boarding of new associates and guide newer associates on process
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance or related field
- 5+ years of experience in shared services, finance, supply chain operations or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or Finance. Or in process of completing an advanced degree
- Demonstrated history of teamwork and project management skills
- Systems aptitude, including, but not limited to Excel, Access, PowerPoint and ERP systems (SAP)
- Experience in SAP, GEP or other Source to Pay systems in a procurement or shared services environment
- Experience in sourcing Indirect Procurement
- Finance, audit, and compliance experience
