**Job Summary:**
Join our compassionate and collaborative team as an ITCD Specialist, where you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. In this role, you will provide both individual and group therapy, as well as case management services, directly to clients in the community. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, empathetic, and skilled in building trust with clients while advocating for their needs.
Your expertise will help clients navigate their journey toward recovery and wellness.
As an ITCD Specialist, you will engage with clients to provide support and education on mental health disorders, substance and alcohol use disorders, and physical health management. This community-based position allows you to be a vital resource for clients, offering advocacy and crisis intervention as needed.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide individual therapy, group treatment, and family interventions for clients with co-occurring disorders served by the Integrated Treatment team.
- Conduct co-occurring assessments upon entry into ITCD services for each individual.
- Engage in assertive outreach to connect clients with community services that meet their needs.
- Maintain a regular caseload, collaborating with supervisory staff to establish goals and objectives for treatment.
- Provide cross-training to team members on co-occurring disorders.
- Participate in emergency services to provide rapid aid in cases of emotional crisis.
- Attend all required meetings and participate in self-evaluation and staff evaluations.
- Adhere to Quality Assurance procedures and cooperate with utilization review processes.
- Assist with transportation to community resources and physician appointments.
**Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:**
- Master's degree required
- Provisional licensure (LMSW/PLPC) required
**Additional Qualifications:**
- Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
- Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.
- All training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.
- Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
- Consistent and reliable means of transportation via personal vehicle.
