The Harley Street Clinic, London
Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Monday-Friday, shifts between 8:00am and 5:00pm
Fixed-term contract until July 2027

We’re looking for an Interventional Radiology Coordinator to join our Imaging team based at The Harley Street Clinic. The team plays a vital role in delivering a seamless patient experience by coordinating complex Interventional Radiology procedures across Imaging and Surgical Services. Working closely with consultants, radiologists, anaesthetists, nursing teams and operational colleagues, the department ensures patients receive timely, efficient and high-quality care throughout their treatment journey. The role sits at the heart of a busy and dynamic service, supporting both patient care and operational excellence through expert scheduling, coordination and communication.
As an Interventional Radiology Coordinator, you’ll help manage the end-to-end pathway for patients undergoing Interventional Radiology procedures, ensuring appointments, clinical requirements and resources are coordinated effectively. This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the hospital while delivering an exceptional level of service to both patients and clinicians. From optimising theatre and imaging capacity to supporting accurate patient records and stakeholder communication, you'll play an important role in maintaining an efficient service and contributing to the outstanding patient experience that HCA UK is known for.

What you’ll do:
Coordinate and schedule Interventional Radiology procedures, ensuring appointments are booked within agreed timeframes and resources are utilised effectively.
Act as the main point of contact for booking enquiries, liaising with consultants, radiologists, anaesthetists, wards and clinical teams
Manage patient pathways from referral through to procedure, ensuring timely communication and an excellent patient experience
Maintain accurate booking information and patient records across relevant patient administration systems, ensuring data quality and confidentiality standards are met
Support service improvement initiatives, reporting activity and operational performance while working closely with stakeholders across the hospital.
What you’ll bring:
Previous administrative experience within a healthcare setting, either public or private
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering a 5-star service
Strong attention to detail and good computer literacy
