This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Sales Engineering based in Spain.

In this high-impact leadership role, you will define and scale the technical sales engineering function across EMEA, acting as the bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and enterprise business outcomes. You will lead strategic technical conversations with senior decision-makers, including CIOs and CTOs, helping enterprise customers understand and adopt complex AI architectures at speed. This role combines hands-on technical depth with executive-level storytelling, enabling you to translate advanced AI systems into clear, compelling business value. You will also build and lead a world-class evangelism and solutions engineering team, setting the standard for technical excellence across the field. Working in a fast-scaling, venture-backed environment, you will directly influence revenue growth, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
