We are looking for technically skilled candidates with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills for the Frontend Developer position. As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for building scalable and user-friendly web applications using React, collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating AI-powered experiences, and delivering high-quality frontend solutions that enhance user engagement and product performance.

Build scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
Convert UI/UX designs into clean and interactive front-end experiences.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver features end-to-end.
Improve application performance, accessibility, and usability across devices and browsers.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.
Contribute ideas that improve user experience, engineering processes, and product quality.
Stay updated with modern front-end technologies, AI trends, and industry best practices.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies, especially AI-driven applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Passion for building intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.
Ability to manage priorities and deliver within deadlines.
5-8 years of experience in frontend development preferred.
Tech Knowledge Required
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.
Deep understanding of React concepts including Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle, state management, routing, and reusable component architecture.
Experience with responsive and mobile-first web development.
Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
Unit & automation testing using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress or any other lib; integrated with CI/CD for continuous quality assurance.
Experience using AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants to accelerate development and debugging workflows.
Experience with front-end build tools and package managers such as Webpack, Vite, npm, or Yarn.
Understanding state management libraries like Redux or Zustand.
Familiarity with testing frameworks and debugging tools.
Basic understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum development practices is a plus.
