Manager - Donor Relations

The Manager – Donor Relations position is responsible for implementing and expanding fundraising efforts to support the Ecumen St. Benedict’s Communities in St. Cloud, Monticello, and Sartell. This position will be responsible for building a culture of philanthropy, implementing the annual Team Member Campaign, building relationships with residents, family members, and grateful patients, and making annual solicitations of those individuals. This position will also be responsible for enhancing community engagement and inspiring trust by fostering partnerships, soliciting sponsorships, and participating in outreach events to increase Ecumen’s visibility.   .
