What You’ll Do:

• Lead, plan, and coordinate the nursing department
• Oversee and elevate the quality of resident care and services
• Supervise and support nursing staff and caregivers
• Step confidently into leadership when management is unavailable

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN or LPN license in Michigan
• BLS certification
• Assisted Living experience (required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
