Job Description
The Variety Manager provides excellent service to all guests and crew members while managing all aspects of the Variety department. They are responsible for effectively training all variety and bulk foods crew members and communicating the importance of the role that each employee holds. They actively stock and merchandise GM/HBC products while they assist guests with product selection and sales. Additionally, they are responsible for tracking sales, managing the department’s budget, selecting and ordering product, building displays, ordering supplies and managing inventories.
