Senior Quality Programs Manager (HEDIS Mgr)

Responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and supporting the department's active programs which include but are not limited to: Quality Improvement Initiatives (QIAs), accreditation CAPs, quality escalations, regulatory notices, intra-departmental shared operations, accreditation oversight, and others.. Generate reports, conduct audits, monitor productivity metrics, and ensure program goals are being met and achieved. Responsible for serving as a liaison with and overseeing the quality improvement activities /program. Leads internal and external audits to maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance requirements. Ensure policies, procedures, and job aids are maintained and regularly updated with changes to programs and workflows. Handle all support tasks and coordination.
