Senior/Staff Analog Designer (Digital Isolator)

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and develop high-performance analog circuits, specifically digital isolators, for various applications. Support digital isolator products definition, fab process evaluation, perform circuits design, layout guidance and support related product test, including ATE, Road test and reliability test.    successfully bring competitive design into market and keep improving performance and cost. Hold competitive role in the market.  Troubleshoot and resolve design issues that arise during the development and production processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in analog circuit design, with a proven track record in designing digital isolators.  Experience with tape-out and testing, demonstrating a successful track record in bringing designs to production. Successfully lead team to release competitive digital isolator products to market.  Good knowledge in digital isolator system structure, circuit and layout design. Thorough understanding of the fabrication process, ATE test and reliability Test for digital isolator products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with high-voltage and high-speed analog circuits. Knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and signal integrity (SI) considerations in analog design. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for analog design and isolation technologies.
