Impact & Purpose

We are seeking a highly innovative, outcome-driven Senior Product Lead of 3 PMs for the next evolution of XProtect’s Global system administration experience - the entire suite of tools, workflows, and intelligent services used by enterprise system administrators and integrators to configure, operate, and optimize XProtect deployments at scale.

You will shape and steward the product vision for the entire admin experience, ensuring that XProtect becomes the benchmark for intuitive, scalable, and intelligent system administration in the IT industry.

Why Senior Product Lead

You will serve as functional lead for a group of 3 Product Managers, each working in their own trio and each guiding their development team of 4-8 engineers.

Location

We are looking for a Senior Product Lead, based in Sofia (hybrid type of work). 

For this position, there will be 10-25 days of travel per year (mostly in Europe).

Role Summary

You will lead empowered discovery teams built around the trio of Product Manager, Product Designer, and Tech Lead, supported by a high-performing engineering team.

You will own desirability and business viability, collaborating closely with design (usability) and engineering (technical feasibility) to continuously discover, test, and deliver solutions that create measurable impact for customers.

A crucial capability for this role is the ability to leverage Agentic AI and advanced AI driven practices to dramatically increase development speed, integration velocity, and the intelligence of the admin experience itself - enabling predictive maintenance, automated optimization, and future self-healing system behaviors.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the Vision for the XProtect Admin Experience: Drive a modern, intuitive end-to-end admin experience through a clear product vision.
• Drive Continuous Discovery & Learning: Ensure teams validate real customer problems and make evidence-based decisions.
• Integrate Agentic AI Into Core Capabilities: Embed Agentic AI to enable smarter maintenance, troubleshooting, and development.
• Drive Execution With Outcome-Focused Leadership: Align teams around priorities to deliver validated outcomes efficiently and with reduced risk.
• Mentor & Uplift a Growing PM Organization: Develop 3 Product Managers into high-impact, discovery-driven leaders.
• Ensure Market & Customer Resonance: Deliver an admin experience that solves key customer needs and scales in complex environments.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years’ experience as a Product Manager with ownership of complex, deeply technical, or enterprise grade product areas with focus on the frontend.
• Experience mentoring or leading other PMs is a strong plus and ideal for this role.
• Strong understanding of - or significant motivation to build expertise in - system administration, infrastructure tools, monitoring/diagnostics, and operational optimization.
• Deep experience driving product discovery, customer research, opportunity mapping, and iterative validation.
• Demonstrated ability to work in empowered product teams following the Marty Cagan / Teresa Torres model.
• A passion for and/or hands-on experience with Agentic AI, AI assisted product development workflows, or AI augmented digital experiences.
• A strong, detail-informed mindset with experience defining and tracking clear success metrics.
