Description
- Act as primary point of contact (POC) with external contractors to provide import-related data such as HS codes, weights and measures, etc. per requests
- Contact suppliers to retrieve import related information and update databases
- Interact with internal customers to perform analysis and data consolidation
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to eliminate roadblocks and ensure all program deliverables are being met on time
- Maintain and report meeting minutes.

- B.A. / B.S. Degree in Business Administration or other relevant degree.
- 2 years direct experience as a Supply Chain Buyer and/or Supply Chain Analyst
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required to perform comparative data analysis, work on large data sets
- Fastener experience is a plus
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
