Closet Factory of Kentucky is seeking a skilled Installer specializing in custom closet and storage products. This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company dedicated to creating tailored storage solutions that enhance organization and maximize space efficiency in residential settings. The role is based in Louisville, KY, with competitive compensation ranging from $23.00 to $26.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Responsibilities

• Expertly install custom closet and storage systems according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Assemble, mount, and fit cabinetry and shelving with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate closely with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Diagnose and resolve any installation challenges promptly and effectively.
• Transport and handle materials and equipment responsibly to prevent damage.

Requirements

• Proven experience in installation or carpentry, ideally with custom closets or similar storage solutions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret installation instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina and dexterity, comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach job sites.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
