As a Transformation Consultant, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our Canada business by driving strategic and technology-enabled transformation initiatives. From enhancing processes to adopting cutting-edge AI solutions, your work will directly contribute to positioning Gallagher as a benchmark for best-in-class practices. How you'll make an impact Supporting strategic and transformation initiatives across the business. Analyzing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and technology enablement. Tracking the impact of transformation initiatives and identifying risks. Preparing insights, materials, and updates for senior stakeholders. Developing enablement materials to support consistent implementation. Contributing to the regional AI transformation agenda through use case identification, pilots, and iterative rollouts. About you 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or transformation roles. Advanced English Level (B2 or superior) A practical mindset for technology-enabled solutions, including data, automation, AI, and digital tools. Strong project management and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders. The ability to analyze processes, develop business cases, and measure results. Experience preparing executive-level presentations and communicating complex issues in simple terms.
