Job Overview
Are you passionate about developing people, strengthening learning experiences, and turning insight into action? Our Learning & Development Internship (L&D) offers hands-on experience supporting training, onboarding, and employee development initiatives that drive real business outcomes.
As an intern, you’ll partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to analyze learning needs, support training programs, and help design and improve learning experiences that build employee capability. You’ll gain exposure to instructional design, training delivery support, and learning effectiveness measurement while building practical skills for a career in HR or Learning & Development. What you will be doing:
Lead project work related to an onboarding training program, including designing, writing, and curating materials.
Conduct research to support strategy and program development.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather subject matter expert input, including departments in technology, communications, and marketing.
Prepare and present written, oral, and electronic proposals, summaries, and recommendations to HR and management stakeholders.
Assist in the design and development of training materials, including eLearning modules, job aids, presentations, and facilitator guides.
What you need:
Must be an active student in a bachelor’s degree program with an emphasis in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education, Business Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
What we desire:
Current, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher from one of the following universities (University of North Texas, University of Texas at Arlington, University of Texas at Dallas, Paul Quinn College, or University of Oklahoma).
Strong interest in Learning and Development.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and concise content.
Curiosity and initiative with ability to ask questions and explore new ideas.
Comfort working with digital tools (e.g., PowerPoint, video tools, or AI-enabled platforms)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
