The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Boeing Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers has an exciting opportunity for a Senior or Lead Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist to join the Executive Transport program team in San Antonio, TX. This position will primarily focus on supporting the Test Integrated Product Team.
Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.
As an IP&S (Integrated Planning & Scheduling) team member you will be required to develop proposal plans and schedules, baseline execution schedules, maintain the in-work schedules, perform critical path analysis and what-if planning, and support the Test IPT.
Position Responsibilities:
Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standard
Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives
Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project
Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision maker
Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders
Serves as the Test IPT scheduling lead for the IP&S team in developing, integrating, and maintaining the IMS reporting to the Program Management team
Works closely with other Integrated Product Team Leads, to ensure alignment and integration of the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) with other key program plans and schedules
Provides robust/actionable performance reporting from the IMS to support and drive program management understanding and action
Models driving program execution through quick turn generation of prospective schedule performance analyses, recovery/alternate scenario planning, and improved schedule visibility/visualization.
Supports reviews and brief senior leadership and customers
Security Clearance:
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
More than 5 years of experience in program or project management
More than 5 years of experience developing and integrating program-level master schedules
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experience leading a team or a project
Experience using Open Plan Professional (OPP)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 4: 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Level 5: 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
Experience in Test and Evaluation (T&E) integration

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Lead (Level 4): $118,150 – $159,850
Summary Pay Range for Senior (Level 5): $146,200 – $197,800
