Job description
Braman Miami is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department and uphold our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Set a clear vision and goals for the Service Department to achieve targeted performance.
- Recruit, train, and supervise service department personnel, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction by overseeing service quality, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.
- Developing and maintaining an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty.
- Analyze and evaluate the business and staff to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance.
- Drive the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, vehicle technologies, and service techniques to provide expert guidance to the team and ensure high-quality service standards.
- Streamline service department processes, manage workflow, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Recruit and oversee staff within the service department, ensuring effective management and evaluating their customer service performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Director or similar role within the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive service operations, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
- BMW experience is a plus
- CDK experience is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- People oriented, earn customers and employee's loyalty with a positive and energetic personality.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
- Strong written and verbal communications skills

Pay: Starting at $160,000 - $200,000
