 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound customer interactions to provide support, resolving inquiries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience. 

Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction

Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain high Customer Service standards

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Fluency in English

Salary starts at 17300 in addition to allowances 

Fully paid training
