Senior Quality Engineer

Fenner Precision Polymers is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to play a foundational role at our new manufacturing facility in Gaffney, South Carolina. This is a unique opportunity for a hands‑on quality leader to design, implement, and own the site’s quality management system from the ground up—establishing standards, processes, and culture that will support safe operations, regulatory compliance, and long‑term operational excellence. As the senior quality presence on site, this role will partner closely with operations, engineering, and leadership to embed quality into every stage of production, support new product industrialization, and position the Gaffney plant for scalable growth.
