
Loader Operator/Water Truck Driver - Castle Rock
Job Description

- Performs daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance, including greasing, oiling, fueling, and cleaning
- Operates loader to load/unload trucks, maintain stockpiles, and supply bins and hoppers with raw materials
- Operates water truck for dust suppression, including filling tank and washing roads and work areas
- Monitors equipment performance and reports malfunctions
- Assists maintenance personnel with repairs as needed
- Maintains clean and safe work areas and equipment
- Ensures proper material loading, weight compliance, and prevents contamination
- Maintains communication with dispatch and team members
- Supports emergency washout or cleanup as needed
- Complies with all safety regulations and customer requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications(Skills, knowledge, experience)
- Experience operating loader and/or water truck preferred
- CDL Class A license with air brakes and tanker endorsement required
- Basic mechanical skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Valid driver’s license
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate a water truck
- Ability to lift to 50lbs
- Basic Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to communicate via radio and ability to read and write
- Ability to sit, stand, walk and work outside for extended periods of time and lift 50 pounds
- Ability work at elevated heights and have good eye-hand coordination
