Job Description
SUMMARY
Responsible for attracting business by planning, implementing, and monitoring the digital marketing campaigns across all networks. Maintain relationships with existing customers by sending out press releases, interacting on social media, and communicating by email. Responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans and campaigns, communication activities, tracking and measuring the success of the campaigns, managing marketing timelines, and creating branding and content assets for media and advertising. Determine marketing strategies and direct public relations campaigns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Co-leads and oversees marketing efforts for division.
Creates marketing strategies and campaigns to meet business goals.
Works with leadership team on all marketing strategies, brainstorming new and innovative growth strategies and implements these strategies.
Coordinates all campaigns including publications and internet.
Measures, analyzes and reports to leadership on marketing programs and campaign performances against predetermined KPIs and ROI.
Maximizes effectiveness and impact by harnessing data to drive predictive, consistent results, make better decisions and maximize ROI.
Collaboratively creates and oversees marketing budget and allocation of resources (i.e. SEO spend).
Researches and analyzes consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity.
Collaboratively creates and manages website, social media, and video content ideation and production, blogging, SEO/SEM and manages the B2B website.
Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information).
Ensures that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
Evaluates important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Five (5) or more years of work experience in a marketing role or agency
Previous experience in developing brand and marketing strategies
Experience in stakeholder/community engagement
SKILLS
Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint and Word
Proficiency with communications technologies
Knowledge of CRM databases, web analytics, and Google AdWords
Proficient with using social media
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong leadership and people skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, critical thinker who can tell a story using data
Demonstrated experience meeting tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks, high level of accuracy, and working independently to achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
