About the Role
Are you passionate about data accuracy, education, and making a real impact behind the scenes? We’re looking for a meticulous and proactive MIS Officer to join our team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining learner records, supporting enrolment processes, and ensuring compliance with funding regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update learner and register data accurately.
- Support enrolment and fee assessment processes.
- Conduct data verification checks and audits.
- Resolve MIS queries and monitor the MIS inbox.
- Provide training and support to staff on MIS systems.
- Ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act.
- Assist with reporting and data validation tasks.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- 5 GCSEs A*-C/4+, including Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in data input and analysis in a busy office environment.
Desirable:
- IT qualification at Level 2 or above.
- Experience in educational MIS or exams environments.
- Familiarity with ProSolution MIS system.
- Knowledge of DfE and OfS funding methodologies.
