Job Description
- Own Sales & Remarketing performance, translating central strategy into high-impact execution and market-specific initiatives that drive measurable business results
- Lead and scale high-performing teams, building strong leadership layers and a culture of accountability and performance
- Drive business performance, ensuring consistent delivery of revenue and profitability targets across all commercial levers
- Adapt and optimize the operating model, aligning central guidelines with business needs to maximize efficiency and scalability
- Act as a key partner to central and local leadership, contributing to strategic discussions and influencing decision-making
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships, expanding market reach and reinforcing AUTO1’s positioning
- Strong experience in strategy, consulting, start-up / scale-up environments, or senior commercial leadership roles, with P&L ownership and accountability for business performance.
- Proven track record in leading and scaling teams and business units in fast-paced environments
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities and result-driver approach
- High level of business acumen and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English
