Descripción del puesto In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Lead Copywriter, someone with experience in advertising and marketing who can be the bridge between the copy team and the creative director. The mission will focus on leading the creation of content strategies and advertising campaigns, ensuring that all messages are disruptive, aligned with the brand's essence, and meet business objectives. This role will focus on coordinating and supervising the copywriting team, ensuring that all creative projects are executed with excellence and aligned with the company's and clients' strategic objectives. Responsabilidades Coordinate and supervise the creation of creative and effective content for advertising campaigns, ensuring quality standards and client objectives are met. Guide the creative team, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional development within the group. Facilitate the implementation of innovative ideas and strategies that drive creativity within the team. Collaborate and work closely with the Creative Director to ensure that concepts and strategies align with the company's creative and strategic vision. Act as a liaison between the copywriting team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and cohesion in multidisciplinary initiatives. Review and approve texts and creative concepts before presenting them to clients and stakeholders. Initiate and lead brainstorming sessions to foster a constant flow of creative and disruptive ideas. Identify improvement and training opportunities for team members, ensuring continuous growth and renewal of knowledge. Ensure compliance with processes, policies, and procedures at both local and regional levels. Cualificaciones Excellent writing and grammar skills, along with a strong aesthetic sense of language and communication. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. Experience in developing creative campaigns in an advertising agency environment. Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, communication strategies, and media platforms. Experience using project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strategic and creative thinking, with a focus on innovation. Minimum 5 years of experience in copywriting, with a proven track record in intermediate leadership roles. B2+ English level is mandatory.
