Job Summary: This position is responsible for performing basic manufacturing weld fabrications of various products or components. The MFG Welder 1’s primary purpose is to learn, develop, and gain experience as a Welder and receive on-the-job training (OJT) including: understanding drawings and blueprints, and adhere to standard procedures in the use of equipment when setting up parts, tack welding, stitch welding, and seal welding. Hours for this position are Monday through Friday - 4:00pm - 2:30am. Entry-level position – Generally has less than two years of experience and/or demonstrated job relevant knowledge/skills. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job; works under immediate supervision.
