Overview of the Role

Join Al-Futtaim Automotive as a Parts Advisor in Abu Dhabi & Dubai, where you’ll be at the heart of our aftersales operation—connecting customers, workshop teams, and parts supply to deliver a seamless experience.

In this role, you will represent Al Futtaim brands at every interaction, ensuring customers receive accurate parts information, timely support, and a smooth end-to-end journey that drives both satisfaction and business performance.

What You Will Do

• Provide exceptional customer service at the parts counter and support workshop operations
• Upsell parts and accessories to achieve revenue targets while maintaining pricing discipline
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive retention and repeat business
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop teams to ensure parts availability and timely updates
• Monitor and manage parts orders, reservations, and stock to optimize inventory levels
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer data in system tools
• Support inventory control activities and ensure compliance with company standards

Required Skills to be Successful

• Strong customer service and sales skills within an automotive environment
• Good understanding of automotive parts and aftersales processes
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced retail/workshop setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness and target-driven mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office and systems (SAP/EPC knowledge preferred)

About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic aftersales team, working closely with service advisors, technicians, and workshop teams to ensure parts availability and deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

What Equips You for the Role

• Diploma or equivalent, preferably with an automotive background
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive parts or a similar role
• Strong product knowledge and familiarity with parts systems (EPC preferred)
• Customer-focused mindset with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English; basic Arabic is an advantage
