Job Description
Exostar is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to join our growing team. In this key leadership role, you will drive company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will act as a strategic partner to senior leaders across various business functions, delivering insights that support data-driven decision-making and optimal resource allocation. You will lead the FP&A function and have oversight of two Senior Financial Analysts while ensuring the development of accurate financial models, actionable analysis, and effective reporting frameworks. You will report directly to the Senior Director, Financial Operations.
