The group you’ll be a part of
Global Logistics organizaion supporting warehouse operations and quality governance across Korea and Taiwan manufacturing and distribution operations.
This team is responsible for operational excellence, process compliance, serialization quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives supporting Lam's global Logistics network.
The impact you’ll make
. Lead warehouse quality governance and operational compliance initiatives across LMK and LMT logistics operations.
. Act as the primary Quality Case Owner (QCO) driving serialization quality management, process compliance, root cause investigation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
. Partner cross-functionally with Logistics, Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, and Global teams to strengthen operational discipline, reduce quality escapes, and improve warehouse execution standards.
. Support regional and global logistics transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment with Lam operational and quality standards.
What you’ll do
. Lead warehouse quality governance activities across Korea and Taiwan logistics operations.
. Serve as the primary Quality Case Owner (QCO) for operational quality issues and customer escalations.
. Drive 8D, RCCA, and corrective action management for warehouse and logistics-related quality events.
. Monitor and improve process compliance across receiving, putaway, picking, packing, consolidation, and shipping operations.
. Partner with warehouse leadership teams to strengthen operational discipline and quality culture.
. Coordinate with regional and global quality teams on serialization management and operational quality initiatives.
. Lead continuous improvement activities including Gemba walks, process reviews, and operational risk assessments.

Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 11+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
- Strong experience in warehouse operations, operational quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Experience leading cross-functional problem solving and corrective action activities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
- Ability to drive operational discipline and influence teams across functions.
- Fluent Korean communication required ; English communication capability preferred.
Preferred qualifications
. Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industry logistics operations.
. Knowledge of serialization management and operational quality systems.
. Experience with 8D, RCCA, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
. Experience supporting warehouse automation or logistics transformation initiatives
. Familiarity with SAP, WMS, and warehouse operational systems.
. Experience working with regional or global teams in matrix organizations.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
