Job Description
Commissioning Project Manager serves as the primary client contact and commissioning authority, leading complex projects from pursuit through warranty. Develops scopes, schedules, and commissioning plans; leads design reviews, testing, and issue resolution; and ensures alignment with performance, safety, and quality standards. Manages budgets, forecasting, and project delivery while supporting and mentoring team members. Builds strong client relationships, mitigates risks, and ensures accurate documentation, reporting, and closeout. Requires strong knowledge of building systems, project leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
