Job Description

Growth, Impact & Ownership

At TalentPro, the Implementation Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping how client implementations are delivered. You’ll work with a growing mid‑market client base, lead a trusted implementation team, and have the opportunity to put your fingerprints on processes, tools, and outcomes. This is a role for someone who wants to move beyond simply “running the project” and toward owning the success of both clients and people in a fast‑growing organization where thoughtful leadership and execution truly matter.

Why TalentPro?
TalentPro delivers comprehensive payroll, HR, and time management solutions that support clients across the United States.

We believe our work matters. We are driven by the impact we create—for our customers, our communities, and each other. We believe that every voice counts, and that meaningful contribution is not limited by title or tenure. Collaboration, curiosity, and courage fuel our progress, and together, we build a culture where everyone belongs and everyone contributes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Implementation Project Management

  • Lead end‑to‑end implementations for mid‑market payroll and HRIS clients, from kickoff through go‑live and transition to ongoing support.
  • Manage 8–10 concurrent client projects, adjusting scope and oversight based on complexity and size.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for project delivery—ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
  • Facilitate client discovery, set clear expectations, and drive accountability for client deliverables.
  • Provide consistent, transparent communication through weekly status updates, risk logs, and stakeholder touchpoints.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and scope changes; apply sound judgment and mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Implementation Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Consultants responsible for Payroll, Time & Labor, and HR configurations.
  • Balance delegation with oversight ensuring work is completed accurately, on time, and aligned with best practices.
  • Provide performance feedback, support skill development, and encourage ownership and growth within the team.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment grounded in trust, accountability, and high standards.

Process Improvement & Organizational Growth

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve implementation methodologies, documentation, tools, and workflows.
  • Help evolve project management and implementation practices in a growing, fast‑moving organization.
  • Apply critical thinking to ambiguous or evolving situations—bringing structure without over‑engineering.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, and shared learning.
