Job Description Summary:
The Senior Web Designer, Nail Brands, will develop and execute digital creative assets for KISS nail brands across DTC websites, ecommerce platforms, retail.com environments, and paid social campaigns. This role will serve as a senior member of the Web & Digital Design team, contributing to cohesive brand experiences across digital consumer touchpoints.The ideal candidate is a highly creative and execution-focused designer with 6–10 years of experience in beauty, fashion, or consumer brands. This role will support the visual development of DTC websites, Amazon storefronts, ecommerce content, paid social assets, retailer brand pages, and campaign-related digital creative while ensuring strong visual consistency aligned with evolving brand guidelines.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of digital asset production across ecommerce and marketing platforms, including web banners, A+ content, digital campaign assets, photography direction support, and retouching oversight. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple fast-paced projects while maintaining strong on-time delivery across cross-functional teams.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute digital creative assets for KISS nail brands across DTC, ecommerce, retail, and social platforms
- Design and maintain visual assets for DTC websites, Amazon storefronts, retailer.com brand pages, and ecommerce campaigns
- Create web banners, paid social ads, A+ content, landing pages, and digital marketing assets aligned with brand guidelines
- Support digital campaign launches with cohesive visual storytelling across multiple consumer touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Product Development, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure strong brand consistency and on-time execution
- Support campaign photography direction and oversee photography retouching to ensure elevated and brand-consistent final assets
- Maintain strong visual consistency across digital environments including web, social, ecommerce, and retailer platforms
- Research beauty, fashion, digital, and social design trends to support innovation and competitive positioning
- Prepare final production-ready files and coordinate asset delivery across internal teams and external partners
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD AnnualActual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
