Job Description
SUMMARY: Manage the payroll and benefit activities for the local division and perform a variety of functions associated with the Human Resources Department in a responsible manner and to establish and maintain a positive, open and honest environment with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. Provide leadership and administrative support to ensure clear and consistent application of policies and processes, including enhancing effective communications to achieve business objectives. Assist the Human Resources Director in order to ensure an effective and organized operation.
