As a Healthcare Professional - Contracting Specialist, you will engage with clients to navigate the complexities of risk management within the health services sector. Within our Advisory practice, you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategies that enhance compliance and mitigate risks. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, providing insights and solutions that align with their needs.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
- Managing HCP/HCO contracts from intake through template drafting, redline review, e-signature, amendments, and system of record upload, confirming accuracy, compliance, and timely execution while maintaining high-volume efficiency
- Creating, processing, and executing HCP/HCO contracts using standard system templates
- Reviewing and drafting contracts to support healthcare client engagements confirming all documentation is complete, accurate and compliant
- Monitoring contractual risk and implementing mitigation strategies
- Collaborating with teams to manage master agreements and contractual obligations
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Engaging in contract review processes to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Supporting client interactions by providing insights on contractual terms and conditions
- Utilizing contractual risk monitoring techniques to enhance compliance
- Participating in team efforts to improve contract management processes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year(s) of experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to HCP/HCO contracting (e.g., Sunshine Act, Anti-Kickback Statute)
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems or similar tools (e.g., Icertis, Conga, Veeva, SAP Ariba, Salesforce, DocuSign)
- Experience with standard contract templates, redlining processes, and amendment management
- Demonstrating proficiency in contract review and contractual risk mitigation
- Excelling in communication and active listening within client support environments
- Utilizing skills in handling confidential information and master agreements
- Developing knowledge in health services industry and advisory roles
- Participating in teamwork to support managed services operations
- Building a personal brand through adaptability and reliability in fast-paced settings
