Human Resources Manager

We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our West Springfield, MA facility, who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and enjoys leading people, improving processes, and supporting a positive workplace culture. If you're skilled in HR operations, employee relations, and talent management, this role puts your expertise at the center of our success.

Work Schedule

Full‑time, onsite role based in West Springfield, MA. Monday – Friday | 7 AM – 4 PM with occasional travel (up to 10%) to corporate facility.

What You'll Do

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead full‑cycle recruiting, staffing, and onboarding for the location
  • Employee Relations: Manage performance, policy administration, coaching, and workplace investigations
  • Leave & Claim Management: Oversee PFML, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and related compliance
  • Retention & Culture: Conduct exit interviews and support initiatives that strengthen engagement
  • Leadership Support: Provide coaching, guidance, and HR partnership to managers and employees
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure consistent application of policies and employment laws
  • HRIS & Payroll Operations: Manage HRIS/timekeeping accuracy, approve timecards, support payroll, and complete monthly HR reporting

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR generalist experience (manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision‑making skills
  • Knowledge of employment law, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish; candidates that can speak, read and write fluently in Spanish will be given preference
