Overview

Responsibilities
- Manage projects that drive NPD, Design changes, and cost reduction.
- Establish process controls for NPD projects that ensure we reach target yields, cost, and quality.
- Act as a key link between Engineering US, Operations team, quality teams, and process teams to properly introduce new products into the manufacturing plants.
- Utilize continuous improvement solutions and six sigma methodologies to drive product improvements.
- Create Standard Operating procedures for NPD and existing products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Preferable degrees would be in Chemical, Industrial , Ceramic, Materials or Mechanical disciplines
- 2 - 3 or more years of experience working in a related position.
- Interpretation of control charts, process capability (Cp and Cpk).
- Must speak fluent English
- Advanced Statistics (8D’s, 5 Whys, brainstorming, Pareto charts, histograms)
Preferred
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Experience writing PFMEA’s
- Six Sigma certification
