Job Description
Read and update the daily log and communicate relevant information to the staff.
Operate the computer, copier, typewriter and credit card machines
Utilize the trace file, cashier sheets and handle the daily accounting.
The ability to process outgoing mail.
Process all charges.
Set up and handle gift certificates.
The ability to requisition and stock office supplies for the desk.
Provide assistance to guests and members about the retail merchandise.
Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
Control all the reception area: financially sides, reception sales and retail products.
The ability to be under the responsibility of all items at the reception area.
Know how to use the Spa Ski System and the Fidelio.
Arrange and update the Spa therapist about their new appointments.
The ability to do inventory for all products, retail items and loan clothes at the reception area and the daily attendance number.
Do the therapist massages session's monthly report and payments.
Do the following and prepare the following reports: expired memberships, members monthly birthdays,
member's memberships, papers and payments.
Report for the Spa Supervisor and Manger and comments from a Spa member or a guest.
Control all the areas around the Spa reception: Juice bar, Elevator and the Candles on it.
Do more Sales threw the Spa reception telephone and threw contacting the Guests and the Spa members,
and to know the benefit and the products in use for each type of treatment.
Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests during check in and check out.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of job performance.
Host guests through the facility and familiarize them with the surroundings while explaining Spa story.
Guide the guests towards their specific needs when making reservations and offer multiple treatment bookings and up-sells.
Communicate all changes, cancellations and additions to the Spa Leadership team.
Promote a safe working environment by adhering to Hotel health and safety standards.
Process transactions and adjustments daily.
Accept responsibility for cash drawer and ensure it balances at close of shift.
Perform any duties and responsibilities as assigned, including check lists.
Work Experience
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: At least one year as a receptionist or customer service representative in a corporate environment.
Good customer service skills and general office experience.
Good interpersonal and communication skills required greeting visitors, good phone etiquette.
Excellent English Language
Strong computer skills required
