Youth Residential Social Worker / Therapist

Are you passionate about helping youth heal, stabilize, and move toward permanency through trauma-informed mental health care?

We’re looking for a Residential Social Worker/Therapist to provide meaningful, trauma-informed mental health support to youth living in our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program. In this role, you’ll build strong therapeutic relationships, provide individual, group, and family therapy, and help guide youth through crisis, healing, and transition. We’ll rely on you to partner closely with families, treatment teams, and community providers to create thoughtful, coordinated care that supports safety, stability, and long-term growth.
