Job Description
OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY:
Perform a variety of duties including the packaging of products in a quality manner that meet or exceed the line rates on assigned production equipment.Comply with all domestic and foreign GMPs and packaging SOPs including the safe operation of equipment and OSHA standards.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Perform a variety of duties including the packaging of products in a quality manner that meet or exceed the line rates on assigned production equipment.Comply with all domestic and foreign GMPs and packaging SOPs including the safe operation of equipment and OSHA standards.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Safely operate all equipment according to SOPs and OSHA standards and perform quality checks.
- Responsible for executing daily maintenance routines as specified in the autonomous maintenance policy.
- Responsible for identifying potential production issues and addressing them proactively and timely discussion of issues with supervisor and maintenance personnel.
- Meet production goals and line rates by teamwork effort by effective use of uptime.
- Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition according to U.S. and Foreign GMPs.
- Accurately complete a variety of reports or logs (as needed) such as: downtime, material identification, labor and production yield, batch initiation, operation training, and material inventory control.
- Assist in training new operators as required.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Substantial walking required, including handicap inaccessible areas, and occasional use of ladders.
- Must be able to lift quantities up to 50 pounds.
- High school degree or the equivalent.
- Minimum of one year related experience.
