Behaviour Interactive is hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for a 6-month contract, with possibility of extension based on business needs. You'll partner with our Talent Acquisition Business Partners and studio leadership to recruit senior and specialized talent for projects including Dead by Daylight, original IP currently in development, and the AAA partnership work that has helped make Behaviour one of the largest independent studios in the world.
This role is built for a recruiter who finds their best work in proactive recruitment. Sourcing, market mapping, candidate engagement, and closing are the core of the day-to-day. You'll have a constant flow of senior, hard-to-fill searches across multiple disciplines and a sharp team alongside you. Meaningful positions and high-impact recruitment inside a studio that ships.

Behaviour Interactive recrute un·e Recruteur·euse Senior pour rejoindre notre équipe d'Acquisition de Talents dans le cadre d'un contrat de 6 mois, avec possibilité de prolongation selon les besoins de l'entreprise. Vous collaborerez avec nos Partenaires d'affaires en acquisition de talents et les leaders du studio pour recruter des profils seniors et spécialisés sur des projets incluant Dead by Daylight, des projets originaux en développement, et les collaborations AAA qui ont contribué à faire de Behaviour l'un des plus grands studios indépendants au monde.
Ce poste s'adresse à un·e recruteur·euse qui s'épanouit dans le recrutement proactif. Le sourcing, le market mapping, l'engagement candidat·e et la conclusion d'offres sont au cœur du quotidien. Vous aurez un flux constant de mandats seniors et difficiles à pourvoir, à travers plusieurs disciplines, et une équipe solide à vos côtés.
