
SharePoint Administrator/Developer
Job Description
Cyber Security Innovations, LLC (CSI) is seeking a SharePoint Administrator/Developer to support a federal customer's Technical Support Services task order. This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and governance of the customer's SharePoint Online environment, including customer- and internal-facing sites, applications, and service request fulfillment. The SharePoint Administrator/Developer will work closely with the Project Manager, Power Platform developers, and customer stakeholders to ensure a secure, well-governed, and responsive SharePoint environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance of the customer's SharePoint Online environment, including customer- and internal-facing sites, site pages, document libraries, workflows, web parts, and forms.
- Maintain a current catalog of sites, including ownership, purpose, size, and usage, and track all site requests and document libraries using knowledge management platforms.
- Monitor and manage intake of SharePoint service requests through the customer's service request system, providing an initial response within one business day and resolving requests within two business days unless designated as an extended task or project.
- Enforce SharePoint security policy and governance in accordance with customer policy guidance, and maintain data integrity consistent with applicable regulatory compliance standards.
- Monitor SharePoint environment and application performance using available tools, and update or develop environment/application documentation as needed.
- Support additional M365 application needs that intersect with SharePoint (e.g., Power Platform integrations, Teams, OneDrive) as required.
- Employ strong customer service and communication skills when engaging end users via email and verbal contact regarding service requests and support needs.
- Coordinate with the Power Apps Developer, Power BI Developer, and Data Warehouse SME to support integrated Power Platform and reporting solutions built on SharePoint Online.
- Support testing and documentation of development deliverables, and coordinate with IT for deployment of updates into production.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on SharePoint Online administration and/or development experience.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 application administration and support (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform integration points).
- Familiarity with service request/ticketing processes and the ability to meet defined response and resolution service levels.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of data governance, records retention, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling in a SharePoint environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, eligible for a federal background investigation, and able to maintain required suitability determinations for the life of the contract.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting a federal contract involving SharePoint Online and M365 administration.
- Microsoft 365/SharePoint administration certification.
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, or custom web part development.
- Familiarity with 508 compliance requirements for SharePoint content and applications.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant SharePoint administration/development experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
