About the Team
The Materials & Logistics team is the heartbeat of our San Carlos operation — the people who keep components flowing, production lines stocked, and shipments moving on time. Without us, NEO doesn’t get built. Every robot that walks out of our facility starts with the work this team does, and we take that responsibility seriously.
Your Charter
As a Materials Handler, you are directly responsible for ensuring the physical flow of materials that keeps NEO production on schedule. Manufacturing and engineering depend on you to have the right parts in the right place at the right time — every shift, without exception. This role sits on the critical path between supply and build, and the precision of your work translates directly into our ability to ship robots that change how people live.
