DME Collection Specialist

What will you be doing: As a Billing and Collection Specialist, you handle patient accounts after medical services have been rendered; liaison between our company and our patients and health plans; verify patient information, obtaining and releasing clinical documentation, appeals/denials, responds to health plan inquiries, process and perform follow-up on aging accounts, generate collection reports, and research and resolve delinquent accounts.
