Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Compensation professional to join our HR team. In this role, you will analyze market data, align our competitive pay structures, and lead salary negotiations to attract top-tier tech talent across the APAC region.
1. APAC Salary Surveys: Drive and manage compensation benchmarking projects across Asia-Pacific markets.
2. Tech Role Mapping: Analyze, classify, and match complex technical job functions against industry standards.
3. Salary Negotiation: Partner with talent acquisition to negotiate competitive and equitable offers with selected candidates.
4. Market Benchmarking: Align internal salary bands with external market levels to maintain a competitive edge.
5. Participate C&B related project:
(1). Handling the application process of work permits for foreign employees coming to Taiwan.
(2). Monitoring dispatched employees' working hours and overtime, calculating salaries, and applying for related service fees.
(3). Supporting the compensation department with its operational tasks and business execution.
(4). Preparation of compensation data and correct data as necessary
(5). Coordinate and participates in compensation and benefits surveys
• Industry Experience: Proven track record in the technology or high-tech sector is highly preferred.
• Regional Scope: Hands-on experience managing C&B operations or market data within the APAC region.
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in job matching, data analysis, and salary survey methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Radford, WTW).
• Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and candidates effectively.
Qualifications:
1. University degree or above.
2. Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in HR field.
3. Knowledge of HR related law.
4. Good working attitude and team-player.
5. Good communication & interpersonal skill
6. Fluent in English.
