Transdev is hiring a Consultant Dynamics 365 F O (M/F) We are currently seeking a Consultant Dynamics 365 F O (M/F) for our Headquarters in Issy-Les-Moulineaux! Your Main Responsibilities: You will be responsible for coordinating projects and providing support to the country PMO. Process Excellence: Promote process excellence through process design, optimization, and validation, aligning with the country coordinator and the Competency Center Business Process Manager: - Perform organization and process diagnosis to identify pain points and bottlenecks… - Identify areas of improvement to meet business expectations - Accompany business to design as-Is and Target end-to-end processes - Grant application of finance core model and support transitions to our internal Competency Center - Propose solutions for arbitration - Collect feedbacks on improvement needs from local users either to improve processes or upgrade the tool where needed - Promote and support change - Monitor projects, follow KPIs, ensure continuous improvement process - Provide support and methodology to operational teams / countries in the execution of their roadmap of transformation - Assess and report when needed all risks associated to employees adoption Project management: Support the country coordinator in project management by offering PMO best practices and templates, particularly for ERP deployment: - Project organization, planning and timeframe - Coordinate Competency Center and Countries resources for the flawless execution of projects - Collaborate on all initiatives with various contributors and obtain agreement from all impacted parties and ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed - Coordinate with Business / Countries for Change management activities related to implementations: communication, training, business management support requests, monitoring boards to follow up changes, definition of corrective actions, best practices sharing - Assess and report when needed all risks associated to employees adoption - Measure project performance including users’ adoption level (work on corrective action plan when needed) - Set-up, track, consolidate, report (in the appropriates tools) and escalate when required project risks, deviation from plan, ….
