Hanes is seeking Store workers to join our team at the Truganina Distribution Centre. Successful candidates will be taking on the responsibility in the areas indicated below and will be required to rotate through all areas of the DC.

What experience/skills do I have?

To be successful in these roles, applicants will need to have demonstrated the following criteria while working at the Hanes Truganina Distribution Centre:

  • Good team work, people and communication skills (written & verbal);
  • Able to use own initiative as well as following instructions;
  • Ability to follow priorities to get the job done;
  • Sound troubleshooting skills;
  • Good general computer literacy; and,
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role.

Along with consideration of the above, we will also assess candidates in areas such as KPI’s, attendance and alignment to Hanes Values.
