Job Description
The Field Service Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the Field Service personnel so that the department works efficiently while achieving Company objectives. As the Field Service Manager, you will promote and expand the Company’s service capabilities and functions as a customer advocate. You will instill the customer’s satisfaction with the Company’s products and services while promoting service capabilities to Company departments and divisions. There is heavy travel involved with this role. This position will work from either our Birmingham, Alabama or Lakeland, Florida office location.
