Job Description
▪ Research, analyze and prioritize the needs of various users and stakeholders to create a product roadmap
▪ Be the domain expert for module you are responsible for including metrics, understanding similar competitive products and related policies
▪ Write clear, detailed, attainable, and testable specifications, including process diagrams, wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria
▪ Work with cross-functional teams to plan and manage sprints, coordinate and drive communication, identify dependencies, facilitate decisions, and follow through on project deliverables
▪ Work with and present information to clients and government officials
▪ Track and communicate project status
▪ Produce documentation for clients and government agencies
▪ Ensure product deliverables meet business objectives.
Requires Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related technical field and 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or other related occupation
Requires proficient knowledge of:
▪ Product development and implementation expertise on Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) Solution
▪ Product development and implementation expertise with Integrated Eligibility - HHS NextGen Platform and Fast4J Framework
▪ SME-level expertise in Healthcare Systems
▪ Product knowledge of Employer Health Benefit Exchange solution
▪ Managing projects using agile delivery models with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project; Business process flows and system documentation
▪ HIPAA compliance and data security best practices into healthcare solutions
▪ UX design principles for usability, accessibility, and overall user engagement in healthcare product ▪ Design and implementing subsidy programs in health benefit exchange projects. Proficiency may be obtained through education or experience.
