Reporting to the relevant manager within the commercial function, the Commercial Technical Lead will be responsible for ongoing commercial evaluation, cost management, risk management including the maintenance of accurate risk records, claims identification, dispute avoidance and supplier performance monitoring and analysis to inform supplier relationship management on projects and programmes across the Infrastructure Delivery Directorate’s portfolio.
